RIP Grampy :(

My grampy had been very poorly for a long time and Saturday morning he got rushed into oxford hospital from his care home, I am not sure on what exactly happened I have not been told but Sunday morning he passed away.

I don't quite know what to say at the moment but I have written a little poem for him for his funeral, I will post the poem after the funeral but for now I just want to say I love you Grampy always and forever.
