Swimathon day 3

Day 3


Just a quick post today really.. Swimming was pretty easy today, getting back into it after the restful weekend. Managed a steady 20 lengths just taking it slow with the breaststroke. Managed to move into the middle lane, it's not that I am a slow swimmer. In fact I was always a racer instead of stamina swimmer which is totally the opposite for doing the swimathon. This is about pacing and stamina, not speed.
